Paying for Your Dental Care
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. For your convenience and benefit, we participate in most insurance plans. For any extensive work it is necessary to submit the treatment plan for pre-authorization so that you know what your benefits are and what you will personally be responsible for.
New Jersey Team Dental also participates with Citi Health Card and CareCredit, both of which are plans that allow you to make an extended payment arrangement for your dental needs. Because we participate with these plans, if you pay your balance off within 12 months, then it is an INTEREST FREE loan to you. If you need longer than 12 months to pay off your balance, then you will incur a monthly interest charge.
We will send your insurance forms out on the day of service, which normally take 4-6 weeks to process. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make payment arrangements, but that must be implemented and mutually agreed upon prior to starting the dental procedure.
